RETURN POLICY:
For cake orders
For cake orders placed at least 2 weeks in advance, a nonrefundable retainer fee of 50% of the total price is due within 3 business days from the time the invoice is sent. If payment is not made within 3 business days, your order will be canceled and your retainer fee will be issued back to you. The remaining payment is due 2 weeks prior to the pickup or delivery date. Once your order has been confirmed, you have two weeks prior to your due date to notify me of any changes.
For rush orders (orders needed in less two than weeks), full payment must be made 24 hours from the time your invoice is sent. If payment is not made within 24 hours from the time your invoice is sent, your order will be canceled and your retainer fee will be reissued. Cancellations on rush orders must be made at least 2 days after payment, any later and I will keep 25% of the retainer fee to cover costs of materials already purchased.
For cookies and other dessert orders:
Any orders received 3 days after the expected delivery date have had their quality compromised, and are not advised to be eaten. If your order has been lost, stolen, or delayed and you have not received your cookies over 3 days past your expected delivery date please contact me immediately for a 50% refund on your order.
Please double check your address and availability for delivery as we are not responsible for failed deliveries after attempts were made. No refund will be issued after shipping due to incorrect address or missed delivery.
There will be a 30% cancellation fee for orders canceled within 5 days of placement. This amount will be taken from your refund. Orders canceled more than 5 days after placement will NOT be refunded.
