Every month we drop 5 new cookie flavors. Four of these cookies are featured in our Bundle Box of the month.
Because we strive to showcase new cookies that are inspired by different seasons, themes, and holidays, these flavors are only featured a few times a year at most! But! You can always go to our Retired Flavors menu to get a whole batch of the cookies you missed out on!
Our cookie drops are open for 2-3 weeks out the month, after which they will be marked “Sold Out”. During the last week of the month we are mixing, scooping, chilling, baking, packaging, and shipping your orders. Any extras we have will be available in a Flash Sale but are extremely limited.

About THE OWNER
Chef Madison's love for baking started in high school when she was gifted a cake pop maker. She realized her love for business after selling those cake pops to her classmates. These realizations led her to Johnson and Wales University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts & Food Service Management. It was during her time in college that Madison Square Bakery was born, and she began selling cheesecake and cupcakes to the local colleges. After graduation, she began working at Milk Bar with owner Cristina Tosi. After working there for 2 years, she decided it was time to reignite Madison Square Bakery and make it her sole focus. She quit her job and has been working for herself full-time ever since. Along with being Owner and Executive Chef, Madison also does her own deliveries, packaging, and photography. On the rare occasion that she's not working, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her pets and family in Maryland.
